Welcome to the Memory Monitor®

The Memory Monitor® is designed to help you understand how lifestyle can affect your everyday memory ability, or current memory fitness. Your memory fitness, or readiness to perform memory tasks at any given time, is affected by many factors including general health, fatigue, stress, motivation level, diet, among others, all of which can change by the day or by the hour. Use the Memory Monitor to assess your present readiness for memory challenges and as you progress over time check it again to see how your memory fitness may be improving.

There are 12 questions that you answer by clicking on the button that indicates how you feel 'right now'. This is for your own personal evaluation and analysis, so there are no correct answers. Each session is new and does not get saved.

By doing this self-help exercise, you will learn about important factors, including key lifestyle factors which affect everyone's memory fitness…. and which you may be able to do something about. You will learn how, by taking care of your daily memory fitness, you are on the path to long-term cognitive vitality for life.

You will get helpful feedback to those factors which your input indicates may benefit from additional attention. As we do not collect your individual inputs in any personally identifiable way, you may want to print the feedback for further follow up.

Because everyone is interested in knowing how their answers compare to others like yourself, we ask that you please provide us with a few demographic data points which will not be identifiable with any personal inputs ( please see our Privacy Notice)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERM 'SLIDERS' REFERS TO 'THE ANSWER BUTTONS' IN THIS VERSION.
