All games on this page were developed by the Practical Memory Institute (PMI) during the course of NIH funded research in memory fitness and assessment.

Each game is designed by PMI to help improve your spatial memory and attentional focus, important aspects of memory fitness. This is the primary source for these unique, fun and interesting memory fitness games!

GAME OBJECTIVEThe object of the game is to find the pairs of matching items in as few tries as possible.

SCORES

90%-100% - Outstanding!

60%-90% - Pretty darn good... card shark in training?

60% or less - Getting better and better. See how you do over time. Start with a smaller set of items first. Practice makes perfect!

On the settings screen you choose the number of items in each set and the amount of time to review them.


On the review screen you'll have a chance to review all the items before they turn over. Study them carefully, it's harder than it looks!


Try to match ( and remove from view) each pair in as few Tries as possible. Can you get a perfect score?

On the score screen you can see how well you did. Compare your accuracy over time to see how your memory has improved! Check the score chart on the left for guidelines.
