Issue (Windows Only):
Videos don't playback.  Video window is blank.
Solution:
This is a common problem with older machines that do not have the required video playback software (Indeo 4).  You can download the free install here.


Issue:
I can't see all of the page because it is cut off on the left or right side.

 

Solution:
You need to change your screen resolution. If you are using a PC, click here for instructions on setting your screen resolution to a minimum 800 x 600.

If you are using a Macintosh, click here.
