Issue (Windows Only):
Videos don't playback.  Video window is blank.		 Solution:
This is a common problem with older machines that do not have the required video playback software (Indeo 4).  You can download the free install here.

Issue:
I can't see all of the page because it is cut off on the left or right side.

 

Solution:
You need to change your screen resolution. If you are using a PC, click here for instructions on setting your screen resolution to a minimum 800 x 600.

If you are using a Macintosh, click here.

If you find that the file mentioned above does not fix your problem.  Please let us know by contacting our support team.  Please include the name of the product, the computer you are using (e.g. PentiumII 233mHz), the system you are on (e.g. Windows 95), and the exact nature and location of the problem (e.g. After the main menu or before the video starts, etc.).  Thanks for your patience and help.  We work with each customer individually and your satisfaction is important to us.
